To lead Occupational Health (OH) services by providing guidance, training, assistance, and safeguarding the welfare and interests of OH doctor, OH nurse, OH technician, and members registered with the association.

Train, assist, and promote
To train, assist, and promote the development of occupational health programs at all levels, including employees, employers, and competent persons.

Collect, analyze, and review data
To collect, analyze, and review occupational health data for prevention purposes and to provide improvement recommendations to the government to enhance the quality of occupational health services in Malaysia.

Practice and uphold ethics
To practice and uphold occupational health ethics in assisting employees, employers, and the government in promoting occupational safety and health practices in the workplace.

Enhance safe and healthy work practices
To fulfill the government's desire to enhance safe and healthy work practices and reduce the rate of accidents and illnesses in the workplace.

Empower and strengthen
